We may also terminate services if, in our sole opinion, You are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is disparaging or disruptive to Glow Natural Wellness or infringes upon Glow Natural Wellness's intellectual property rights.

After the test kit has been shipped, we offer a 30-day refund from the day of purchase minus the cost of the test kit and shipping costs.  However, the refund is only available BEFORE your genetic sample has been mailed to the lab.  Once your test kit and sample has been mailed back to the lab, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

For those that are using their own raw data, either form 23 and Me, Ancestry.com, or an approved 3rd party, a refund is only available within 24-hours of purchase.  Upon purchasing, the customer has the ability to utilize the course and create their genetic reports, thus using their purchase, and are therefore not eligible for a refund after 24-hours.  Under no circumstances will a refund be issued once your genetic reports have been created either by you or a member of Glow Natural Wellness.
