CANCELATION POLICY
If you've agreed to finance a payment through a certain time duration, whether that be 12 months or 3 months, then you've agreed to finance the program through Glow Natural Wellness via pre-authorized automatic electronic payments to be debited from your bank account, credit card or PayPal on a monthly basis.  This applies to any programs offered by Glow Natural Wellness that are not pay-as-you go memberships, but are programs with a set price.  Paying on a monthly basis for an agreed upon term is agreement to pay the entirety of the program and not to stop payment at any time. 

Should you fail to remit any of the required payments on time, and have not corrected the situation in a prompt manner, Glow Natural Wellness may terminate you from the Program and you will be immediately responsible for the remaining balance of the Program. We may also terminate services if, in our sole opinion, You are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is disparaging or disruptive to Glow Natural Wellness or infringes upon Glow Natural Wellness's intellectual property rights.

Subscriptions:
If you've signed up for a subscription (ie. pay as you go) program, you will be charged the agreed upon monthly amount as long as you are in the program.  If you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply email us at support@glownaturalwellness.com or call +1 (855) 928-4442 and we'll cancel your subscription as of the day the email was sent and/or the phone call was received.  If you've signed up for a trial offer, such as a $1 trial period, your bank account, credit card or PayPal will be charged at the end of the trial period and on a monthly basis thereafter unless you've contacted Glow Natural Wellness to cancel your subscription.  If you contact us after your account has been charged a monthly payment, we will not issue a refund for charges made prior to us being contacted to cancel.

You are also allowed to cancel at any time, no questions asked, so no refunds will be issued for prior payments unless you submitted a request to cancel prior to the payment being charged.  If we do not have a record of you submitting a request to cancel either via email or voicemail prior to your card being charged, we will ask that you submit documentation that we were in fact notified.

DNA Made Simple

We offer a full 30-day refund prior to the test kits being shipped to your location.  We typically ship genetic testing kits 2-3 days after they've been ordered.

After the test kit has been shipped, we offer a 30-day refund from the day of purchase minus the cost of the test kit and shipping costs.  However, the refund is only available BEFORE your genetic sample has been mailed to the lab.  Once your test kit and sample has been mailed back to the lab, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

For those that are using their own raw data, either form 23 and Me, Ancestry.com, or an approved 3rd party, a refund is only available within 24-hours of purchase.  Upon purchasing, the customer has the ability to utilize the course and create their genetic reports, thus using their purchase, and are therefore not eligible for a refund after 24-hours.  Under no circumstances will a refund be issued once your genetic reports have been created either by you or a member of Glow Natural Wellness.  

Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Program

You will be charged the agreed upon monthly or annual amount as long as you are in the program. You are also allowed to cancel at any time, no questions asked, so no refunds will be issued for prior payments unless you submitted a request to cancel prior to the payment being charged*. If we do not have a record of you submitting a request to cancel either via email or voicemail prior to your card being charged, we will ask that you submit documentation that we were in fact notified.

*If you cancel prior to us recovering our costs in lab testing, consultations, and hormone creams, then you will be required to pay for the product and services at our cost only.

30-Day Refund. If you are unsatisfied with this program for any reason, please email or call us within 30 days of purchasing the program for a full refund.  No questions asked. After 30 days upon purchasing you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Lab Testing and Consultations

If you have not used or are not going to use the lab testing or consultation you have purchased, please email or call us within 30 days of purchasing the program for a refund.  After 30 days upon purchasing you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If you've administers the lab test and returned it to us or the lab, so refunds will be issued.
DailyGLOW and GLOW PM (Supplement)

100% six month money back guarantee.  No questions asked.  If you don't like DailyGLOW for any reason, simply send it back to us and we'll refund you 100% of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling).  This refund only applies to the first opened bottle and the remaining unopened bottles that you've purchased.  If you've purchased more than one bottle and are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the one opened bottled and all remaining unopened bottles for a refund.  We will not accept or refund more than one opened bottle.
